Think Of Your Future: together to support young people in shaping their future

With the Think Of Your Future project, Fiorini has launched a collaboration with the Liceo Statale Enrico Medi that goes beyond the traditional model of school–work programs, becoming a true opportunity for exchange, growth and mutual value creation.

The main goal of the project is to offer students an experience that goes further than simple workplace experimentation, actively supporting them in identifying and building their future professional and personal path.
Think Of Your Future was created to guide young people through a structured and comprehensive journey, helping them gain deeper self-awareness and make more informed choices.

Through a 360-degree approach, students are encouraged to reflect on key themes such as change, foresight, future and decision-making, while exploring topics including artificial intelligence and work, university and professions, motivation, relationships and communication, self-analysis, self-presentation and CV development, always under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Building or strengthening personal awareness is a fundamental step in defining one’s identity, recognizing aspirations and needs, and shaping a future that is coherent with individual values and talents.
